HOUSE
The Sadama 28 terraced house is right on the sea shore - an ideal place to live for everyone who is looking for unique experiences and an excellent location.

HEATING AND VENTILATION
The building is designed as a smart house - the heating, ventilation and cooling systems are monitored and regulated by automation, which can be seen and controlled from the smart device of your choice. Each apartment has its own individually adjustable air heat pump.

APARTMENT
The apartment is spread over two floors, with the hall, living room and kitchen-dining room located on the 1st floor. On the 2nd floor there are 3 bedrooms, a shower room, and a sauna. There is a toilet on each level. The apartment has a terrace open to the sea with a boat dock.
The apartment has both - sun and sea view, and the apartment has a private terrace with a sea view.

THE ENVIRONMENT
The house is located right at the beginning of Haapsalu's famous beach promenade and in the immediate vicinity of the marinas, being in a suitable location for romantic evening walks as well as for watching the sailing ships sliding into the harbor. The old town of Haapsalu with cozy restaurants and the historic bishop's castle is not far away.
