The four-story building at F.R. Kreutzwaldi 10 in Tallinn was built in 1950, designed by architect Karl Burman Sr. In 2004, it was redesigned by the architectural bureau Agabus, Endjärv & Truverk and converted into a modern apartment building with contemporary amenities.

This apartment building, featuring a quiet inner courtyard, is located in the heart of the city’s vibrant center. A blend of old and new. The building’s distinctive architecture accompanies you at every step. The light grey façade facing F.R. Kreutzwaldi Street is historically authentic and pleasantly understated, while the courtyard-facing side tells a completely different story—metal structures, mesh, and clean concrete surfaces. It is here that the building’s defining feature becomes clear: high ceilings, which are an integral part of the apartments’ character.
