PLAN
The apartment is located with an entrance from the yard of the house. Two apartments use a private staircase. The layout of the apartment is on one level. The rooms are located in a row. The spacious entrance hall leads to the bathroom and a separate toilet, and further to the kitchen and dining room. A living room with a cozy fireplace follows the kitchen and a dining room. And in the farthest part of the apartment is a spacious bedroom. The apartment has nice large windows which enable to have a lot of light.

THE FINISH
The interior trim of the apartment is in a very good condition, and property comes fully furnished. The kitchen equipment includes dishes and a dishwasher. If desired, the lease agreement with the current tenant can also be continued.

MAINTENANCE COSTS
Utilities including central heating and consumption in the summer period around €100 and in the winter around €250. Hot water comes from an electric boiler.

RESIDENCE
The history of the residence dates back to the Middle Ages, but the current part of the house on the street side and the exterior date from the 18th century. There are a total of 14 apartments in the building, of which the entrance to the apartment for sale is from the yard. The yard is private, includes a landscaped terrace that can also be used by the residents of the house.

PARKING:

The apartment does not have a fixed parking space. Parking is available for additional fee according to the Old Town zone. Residents' parking permit (approx. 120 eur/year) allows free parking on the street near the apartment in the Old Town, the heart of the city and a large part of the city center.
