The property is completely fenced. Gates with automation. The property will be maintained by a lawn robot. MAINTENANCE COSTS
The types of maintenance are electricity, central water and sewerage (Viimsi water), garbage, communication service, and a cleaner at least twice a month. The cost of electricity, which includes district heating and consumer electricity, has remained in the range of 160€ in summer to 450€ in winter with the consumption of 4 people. Water about 30-40€, garbage up to 10€ per month. The house comes with a light cable for high-speed internet.

RENTAL TERMS
The house is available from September. Well behaved pets are allowed. The first payment is the first month's rent, a deposit in the amount of one month's rent and a commission of one month's rent plus VAT.
